One of the very first things I was introduced to when I started to consider the impact of the chemicals I was using in my home and on myself, was the astounding array of crap that exists in products intended for personal use. I listened to a really good podcast the other day about the amount of food that gets wasted between the farm and the plate. You can listen to it here. Below is a list of some of the changes we've made to how we live - I hope it inspires you work towards living a little lighter too!Read More

After starting the journey to live a life that is gentler on both me and the environment with looking at the products I was using around my home, I inevitably found myself sliding down the slippery slope of personal care and beauty products. I say slippery slope because it is a MASSIVE can of worms once you start. There are a bazillion resources out there in internet land that tell you which products contain what, which ones are better for you, which companies have the best environmental policies etc ets, and this is where my journey started.Read More
